Kowulz, Kowulz Design, Rock Cowles, and the Kowulz.com Logos Usage

Rock Cowles, DBA Kowulz Design, has registered and otherwise protected the name, logos, symbols, indicia, insignia, trade names, service marks, and trademarks (collectively "Trademarks") of Kowulz, Kowulz Design, Rock Cowles and the Kowulz.com web site.

Designing ANY merchandise to bear either Kowulz, Kowulz Design, or the Kowulz.com names or trademarks must secure prior approval, in writing, from Rock Cowles.

Rock Cowles, reserves the right to prohibit ANY uses of Kowulz, Kowulz Design, Rock Cowles, or the Kowulz.com names, trademarks, logos, etc., which he deems inappropriate as being inconsistent with the image and mission of Kowulz Design.

Merchandise bearing Kowulz, Kowulz Design, Rock Cowles, or the Kowulz.com names, trademarks, logos, etc. and produced without proper written authorization from Rock Cowles, will be considered counterfeit and/or infringing and subject to all available legal remedies, including, but not limited to, seizure of said merchandise.
